Solution

Audible feedback is the clicking sound heard when you touch the Cox Home Security touchscreen. Follow these steps to turn the audible feedback off or on.

On the touchscreen home screen, touch Settings

Enter the Master Code to proceed to the Settings menu.

From the Settings menu, touch TouchScreen.

From the Touchscreen menu, touch Audible Feedback.
 

 
Result
: The Audible Feedback window displays.

To turn off Audible Feedback, change Provide Audio Feedback to No. To turn on Audible Feedback, change Provide Audio Feedback to Yes.
