Logging into Cox Homelife Mobile App

Learn the process to login to the Cox Homelife mobile app. This process applies to both iPhone and Android devices.
User Name and Password
If you have trouble logging in with user name and password, check your settings.
Open the Cox Homelife mobile app.
Result: The Login screen displays.
Note: Make certain the green checkmark displays next to the Cox Homelife server name and if it doesn’t, then tap Cox Homelife to move it from the Demo server to Cox Homelife server.
To return to the Login screen, tap Home.
You may now enter your user name and password.
Your login for the Cox Homelife Subscriber Portal and mobile app are the same. If you forget your username or password, click the appropriate link on the Subscriber Portal Sign In page to begin the process of retrieving your username or resetting your password. Follow the instructions on the web pages or email messages associated with this process to restore your access to the web portal and mobile app.
Setting and Using the PIN
With the Cox Homelife mobile app, you have the option of logging in with a four-digit PIN. The PIN will allow you to bypass the user name and password while still providing a level of security.
To set up the PIN, follow the steps below.
On the Settings screen next to PIN login, tap Enable.
Result: The Set a PIN screen displays.
- On the Set a PIN screen, use the number keys to enter a four-digit PIN number.
Result: The Confirm your PIN screen displays.
- Reenter the PIN number.
Result: The Enter your PIN screen displays.
Note: This is the screen you will see when you open the Cox Homelife mobile app.
To enter your PIN, use the number keys.
To use your user name and password, tap Use password login.
