Solution

You can  view your server space consumption using the Cox Homelife Subscriber Portal or the Cox Homelife Mobile App. It displays your daily usage of pictures, videos and SMS or text messages. The limits are outlined below.

  • Pictures - 50 per day
  • Videos - 50 per day
  • SMS messages - 100 per day

Pictures, videos, and SMS messages are stored in the Cox Homelife Subscriber Portal for 45 days. If you require access to pictures, videos, and SMS messages beyond 45 days, contact Customer Support.

Click the More menu then select Account.
