Learn how to sign in to the Cox Homelife Subscriber Portal.
Follow these steps to sign into the Cox Homelife Subscriber Portal.
- In a web browser, go to https://portal.coxhomelife.com.
Before signing in, you can access your portal settings, take a tour of the portal features, or access online support.
- Enter the Username and Password, then click Sign In.
Result: The My Home page displays.
Note: If you forget your username or password, click the appropriate link on the Sign In page to begin the process of retrieving your username or resetting your password. Follow the instructions on the web pages or email messages associated with this process to restore your access to the web portal.
Failed Sign-In Attempts
If you attempt to sign in unsuccessfully five times in a row by entering the wrong username and password combination, the Sign In page blocks you from signing in to the Subscriber Portal for 30 minutes. Even a valid username and password combination fails at that point. This is a security measure and if this happens, a message informs you that your account has been locked and that it cannot be accessed to sign in for 30 minutes.
