Touchscreen

Create and manage a guest access code using the Touchscreen.

From the Cox Homelife Touchscreen Settings menu, touch Security > Manage Keypad Codes.

Touch Add Keycode or Edit.

Enter the Master Keypad Code, then touch OK.

On the Add Keypad Code screen:

  1. Enter the Name and Access Code.
  2. For Level, select Guest.
  3. Touch DONE.

Follow the steps below to add or modify guest keypad codes in the Subscriber Portal and using the Touchscreen.

Subscriber Portal

Create and manage a guest access code using the Subscriber Portal.

  1. Log into the Cox Homelife Subscriber Portal at https://Portal.coxhomelife.com/sp.
  2. On the main page, select Security > Key Pad Codes.

Click ADD ACCESS CODE, or to modify a code, click the pencil icon.

Enter the Master Keypad Code, then click OK.

On the Add Access Code window:

  1. Enter the Name and Access Code.
  2. For Level, select Guest.
  3. Select Valid Days.
  4. Click SAVE.
