Notification emails are used for Cox Homelife to send notifications, alerts, and alarm information to customers based upon their choosing. You can change the notification email through the Subscriber Portal.
Follow the steps below to change the notification email through the Subscriber Portal.
Log into the Cox Homelife Subscriber Portal.
Click the Rules menu bar and select Contacts for Rules.
Click the modify Pencil to the right of the contact to be changed.
Edit the Email and Phone as necessary and click the Save button when editing is completed.
Up to five email addresses and phone numbers can be added per contact.
