Changing the Notification Email and Phone Number for Rules in the Cox Homelife Subscriber Portal

Notifications are used for Cox Homelife to send notifications, alerts, and alarm information to customers based upon their choosing. You can change the notification email through the Subscriber Portal.


Follow the steps below to edit your contacts for rules-based alerts or notifications through the Subscriber Portal.


Click the More menu and select Contacts.

Click the modify Pencil to the right of the contact to be changed.

Edit the Email and Phone as necessary and click the Save button when editing is completed.
