To stop getting snail mail paper bills, update your Bill Delivery Options using the steps below.
- For security reasons, only the Account Holder can change bill delivery options. See Add an Authorized User to My Account.
- If the Account Holder has listed you on the account as an authorized second user, you can make a payment; however, you cannot view billing details, statements, or account history. In addition you will not see the following tabs: Recent Activity, View Statements, Bill Delivery Options, or View Bill Details.
Sign in to View / Pay Bill with your User ID and Password.
Also, verify that your email address is accurate as this will be the email address we send billing reminders to.
Read the Terms and Conditions. Then click Submit.
Result: A confirmation page displays. You will receive an email message from Cox with a Subject line that reads as: Bill Delivery Options Updated. Your next bill will arrive via the option you selected.
