How do I find additional orders?

If you signed in using your email address, all your orders from the past 30 days will display. If you signed in using your Cox User ID and Password, you will see all your orders for the past 180 days.

What does 'Pending' mean?

Pending means that your work order has not been completed. There may be some additional information we need from you to continue processing your order.

My order says 'Complete', but my service is not working. What do I do now?

You can always call us for additional support by visiting the Contact Us page on cox.com

How long will my orders appear?

This depends on the method you used to sign in. The list will range from 30 to 180 days. If you sign in using your Cox ID and Password you will see more information.

How do I change my order if it is incorrect or I just change my mind?

If you need to update, correct, or even cancel your order for any reason, contact us by visiting the Contact Us page on cox.com

How can I reschedule my installation appointment?

You can find specific steps online for rescheduling a service appointment.

Why is there no tracking information for my order?

If you are not signed in using your Cox User ID and Password, shipping information will not display.
