You can check the history and status of your orders on Cox.com. See the following frequently-asked questions about using this feature.
If you signed in using your email address, all your orders from the past 30 days will display. If you signed in using your Cox User ID and Password, you will see all your orders for the past 180 days.
Pending means that your work order has not been completed. There may be some additional information we need from you to continue processing your order.

This depends on the method you used to sign in. The list will range from 30 to 180 days. If you sign in using your Cox ID and Password you will see more information.
