Saving and Finding Your Cart Online

Learn how to use the save and find cart options when ordering Cox services online.
If you have completed your order and you want to come back later, you can use the links, Save Cart for Later and Find My Saved Cart.
If you want to save your order to the cart, you will see a pop-up dialog box requesting your email address. Enter your email address then click Save My Cart to save your order.
Result: Once the order has been saved, Cox notifies you using the email address you entered.
If you were signed in when you saved your cart, you must also be signed in to retrieve your cart.
- If you want to find a cart you previously saved, click Find my saved cart. You will see a pop-up dialog box requesting your email address.
- Click Find My Cart.
- If something about your offer has changed, a pop-up dialog displays informing you that the contents of your cart have changed.
- In addition to the email notification you receive after saving your cart, you may also be notified if your cart has been idle for a few days. You will have a 15-day window to take action.
