Save and Find Your Cart Online

Learn how to use the save and find cart options when ordering Cox services online.
When you order Cox products and services, you can save them to your cart and find items you previously saved.
If you have completed your order and you want to come back later, you can use the links Save cart for later and Find my saved cart. To save your order, click Save cart for later.
Result: A pop-up dialog box displays requesting your email address which is used to retrieve your cart.
Enter your Email address, then click Save My Cart to save your order.
Note: If you were signed in when you saved your cart, you must also be signed in to retrieve your cart. As long as you have the email address used when saving the cart, you can access it from any computer or mobile device within 15 days.
Result: Once the order has been saved, Cox notifies you using the email address you entered.
To find a cart you previously saved, click Find my saved cart.
Result: A pop-up dialog box displays requesting your email address.
Enter your Email address, then click Find My Cart.
- If something about your offer has changed, a pop-up dialog displays informing you that the contents of your cart have changed.
- In addition to the email notification you receive after saving your cart, you may also be notified if your cart has been idle for a few days. You will have a 15-day window to take action before the items in your cart expire.
