Cox makes it simple to pay your bill. Whether you prefer the ease of EasyPay automatic payments, online bill pay, mobile phone payment, the personal touch of paying in person, by phone, or sending a check via mail, Cox has you covered.

You can sign up for EasyPay, our automatic monthly bill payment service, or make a one-time payment from any computer or mobile device. Just select the bank account or debit / credit card you want to use. See the following articles.

Access your bill from your smartphone, tablet, or other mobile device. You can enroll In EasyPay, our automatic monthly bill payment service, set up paperless billing, view a PDF statement, or make a one-time payment or schedule a future payment. See the following articles.
You may also make a payment through a Cox customer service representative during regular business hours. There is a $10.00 service fee for customer service representative-assisted payments.
