All current LSU and LSUHSC faculty, staff and off-campus students in areas serviceable by Cox Louisiana are eligible for this discount. LSU Residential Life students already have access to the LSU Network since LSU is their Internet provider. For additional assistance, stop by the Cox Retail Kiosk located in the LSU Student Union on the first floor. Current Cox Communications customers will be required to log in to the Cox website to place their order.

I am currently enrolled as a student, faculty or staff of Louisiana State University (LSU) or Louisiana State University Health & Science Center (LSUHSC). I understand that I will pay the standard monthly rate less a 28% discount for Cox Internet Preferred 250 (or higher) service, which does not include the modem charge. Any prospective customer whose roommate already has service with Cox Communications will need the account holder's permission to add any services to the account. I authorize Cox Communications, Inc. and its agents to share my personally identifiable information with Louisiana State University or Louisiana State University Health & Science Center for the purpose of verifying my status.
This promotional price cannot be combined with other promotional prices for Cox Internet services. This 24-month promotional discount is available only to current LSU and LSUHSC faculty, staff, and off-campus students in areas serviceable by Cox Louisiana. The 28% discount applies to the prevailing non-discounted rate and is subject to normal rate increases. The discount is available to a new subscription or existing Cox Internet Preferred 250 or higher service. Cox Gigablast, where available, is excluded from this promotional rate. Current customers with Cox Internet Starter 10 or Essential 30 will be required to upgrade to Preferred 100 or higher service to receive this discount. After 24 months, regular rates will apply. Eligible LSU and LSUHSC faculty, staff, and off-campus students must reapply every 24 months to continue with the discount. Prices exclude additional installation/activation fees, equipment charges, inside wiring fees, additional outlets, taxes, surcharges and other fees. Not all services and features available everywhere. A credit check and/or deposit may be required. Other restrictions may apply. Cable modem required for Internet services. For best performance, use of Cox approved cable modem is recommended. A DOCSIS 3.0 modem is required to consistently receive optimal speeds for Preferred and higher tiers, and is strongly recommended for all other tiers.
