Ordering in Oklahoma City

Before Ordering:

• Digital receiver must be installed and initialized by calling 604-7353
• Account must be current.
• The digital receiver is assigned to an address; the receiver will not work if moved to another address.
• The event can be ordered on multiple receivers and will only charge your account one time.

How to Order

1. Tune to Digital Channel 610.
2. Press B on your remote control to buy.
3. If prompted, enter 4 digit personal identification number (PIN) - 0000 (default PIN)
4. Do you want to record the game? You will need to setup a manual recording with your Cox DVR. See below for instructions.

A message will appear thanking you for your order. If you do not receive the message within 10 minutes from purchasing the event, please repeat ordering instructions (you will not be billed more than once for the event). If the message does not appear after the 2nd attempt please call 600-8282 for assistance. 

Ordering in Tulsa

Before Ordering:

• Digital receiver must be installed and initialized by calling 270-7903
• Account must be current.
• The digital receiver is assigned to an address; the receiver will not work if moved to another address.
• The event can be ordered on multiple receivers and will only charge your account one time.

How to Order:

1. Press Guide on your remote control: Your interactive programming guide will display.
2. Enter 610: The guide will change to display channel 610.
3. Use your arrow button to scroll to August 30th, 4:00pm time block.
4. Once you have highlighted the OU vs. Chattanooga LIVE time block press Select: Future Program Options screen will display.
5. Press Select to buy the event: You will return to the guide and the time block will be highlighted and a $ will display indicating the event has been purchased.

Starting at 4:00pm, Saturday, August 30th, a message will appear thanking you for your order. If you do not receive the message within 10 minutes from purchasing the event, please repeat ordering instructions (you will not be billed more than once for the event). If the message does not appear after the 2nd attempt please call 806-6000 for assistance.

Schedule Manual Recordings in OKC

Manual recording is the action of setting up a recording through the Preferences screen by manually specifying the channel and the start and stop time, independent of the Program Guide. More than one program can be recorded manually at one time.

1. Press “DVR LIST” to access the Recorded List screen.
2. Press “B” to access the Preferences screen
3. Press “Up Arrow” or “Down Arrow” to select the “Schedule New Manual Recording” option, and then press “SELECT.”
4. In the Preferences screen, set your channel, start and stop time, and save options, and then press “A” to save your changes.

NOTE: A manual recording is displayed as “Manual Recording” in the Recorded List screen.
