If you have no data on your electronic guide
If you are experiencing a problem with On Demand
 
A simple reboot may resolve your problem. Your DVR box is a computer that occasionally
needs to be reset.

1. Locate the power button on the front of your cable box.

 
2. Press and hold the power button. When the display reads all eights, release the power button. The cable box shuts off and lastly displays the correct time. This may take a few minutes.
 
3. When the correct time displays:
a) Power on your cable box
b) Power on your TV
c) The reboot is complete
 
Your guide, On Demand and recording options may take up to thirty minutes to function. This is normal and you may watch TV during this time. Please use these steps if you experience these symptoms on your DVR box in the future.
