"What services are covered by Cox Service Assurance PlanSM?
All telephone, Internet and cable wiring inside your home
that runs from the Network Interface (usually a small box
on the
outside of the house) to the wall outlet or phone jack. All
coaxial wiring (cable TV wire) installed by Cox is covered
except any telephone/Internet/cable wire installed in the
wall partitions is not covered. Other exceptions are outlined
in
the terms and conditions of the Cox Service Assurance Plan™ Agreement.

What is not covered by Cox Service Assurance PlanSM?
Any equipment or devices that you own, such as telephones,
TV sets, computers, fax machines, telephone answering machines,
modems, home entertainment systems, stereo equipment, video
game systems and any of the complex wires that connect
these devices together or to the wall outlet. Cox will
also not complete repair work that requires wiring to be
installed or reinstalled in the walls of your home (also
known as "wall fishing").

Are there any extra, hidden charges in addition to the
$2.99 a month?
No, except for taxes and tax-like charges, there are no other
charges, as long as you are a customer of "Cox" and
current on payment. Cox does however reserve the right to
change this rate from time-to-time by providing at least
thirty days written notice to customers.

If I am having a problem with my phone wire, how do I
schedule an appointment to get it fixed?
Just call our friendly repair operators at 222-2222 Southside
or 224-2222 Peninsula, 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week. Most
of our repair calls are completed within 24 hours of your
call.

If I sign up for Cox Service Assurance PlanSM, do I still
need to keep my telephone wiring maintenance plan?
No. The Cox Service Assurance Plan™ covers your inside
wiring, plus your cable and Internet wiring as well.

What if your technician discovers that my problem isn't
caused by the inside wiring or requires that wiring be installed
or reinstalled in the walls of my home?
If the problem is not in the inside wiring, our repair technician
will attempt to identify the source of the problem and attempt
to give problem-solving advice. This is included in your
monthly Cox Service Assurance Plan™ rate. Cox will
not complete repair work that requires wiring to be installed
or reinstalled
in the walls of your home (also know as "wall fishing").
