What does Phone Tools do?

Cox Communications is proud to bring you Phone Tools, an exciting new feature available for FREE to Cox Digital Telephone customers who also subscribe to Cox High Speed Internet.

With Phone Tools You Can:

• Play and save Voice Mail messages (requires Voice Mail as a feature of your telephone service).
• Send notification of new Voice Mail messages to any email address you like.
• Manage call feature settings like Call Waiting and Call Forwarding.
• Reset your Voice Mail password online.
• Change your voice mail greeting

Manage Phone Features with Ease
Let's face it. Everyone loves their phone features, but they don't always use them. With Phone Tools you can quickly view and change features easily, like:

• Resetting your Voice Mail password
• Changing your Voice Mail greeting
• Sending Voice Mail message notifications to an email address
• Turn on and off Call Waiting
• Manage the Call Forwarding features
• Turn Caller ID blocking on and off

To use Phone Tools, click the link below and use your primary Cox.net email address and password to access. You can find Phone Tools in the left menu.
