In evaluating requests for funding, we look for youth-oriented programs that directly benefit communities and individuals where Cox Communications conducts business in Southern Nevada. Our focus is on education services that help to empower our youth and provide them with the tools they need for long-term success. We also participate in partnerships and cooperative efforts with organizations that share our commitment to these objectives. Our targeted areas of consideration include, but are not limited to:

Youth and education, such as science and technology or arts and cultural programs, as well as programs that educate young people on important social issues and promote healthy, active lifestyles.

Sponsorships, contributions and other types of funding:
Cox also grants cash and in-kind sponsorships, contributions and other types of funding for specific projects, events and initiatives. Public Service Announcements:
Cox also donates airtime to organizations for video-produced public service announcements that meet broadcast quality standards. PSAs should be 30 seconds in length and offer a message and possible call to action that serves as a benefit and public service to metropolitan Las Vegas communities.

Speaking Engagements:
Cox also provides speakers from various areas of expertise - including marketing, broadcast production, human resources, and public relations to address educational, civic and community groups.
