The Seasonal Saver Plan allows you to keep your Cox High Speed Internet, Cox Digital Cable and Cox Digital Telephone account active and enjoy the benefits of all those services while being away from your primary residence for a prolonged period of time.

Timing

The Seasonal Service Plan was developed to provide you with the ability to keep in touch with friends and family while you are traveling or away from school during the long break. The plan is available to you for a minimum period of two months to a maximum of six months.

Benefits

The Seasonal Saver Plan provides some key benefits to you, our valued customer. In addition to the features of the plan, you will be able to experience:

• Convenience.  Signing up for the plan is simple and easy. Also, since your account remains active then you don't have to disconnect your service when leaving or reconnect when you return.
• Savings.  The current bill for your Cox services is reduced from the regular price to as low as $7.32 per month per service! Plus, there are no reconnection fees when you return.

Features

In addition to the great value and convenience, the Seasonal Saver Plan provides you with the following plan features:

• Keep your existing email address(s).
• Check your email from any web connected browser, except in the home you're leaving, by using WebMail at http://webmail.cox.net.
• Keep your Personal WebSpace up and running.
• Update your Personal WebSpace on any web connected browser.
• Modify account settings at service.cox.com and cox.net
• Keep your digital cable equipment in your home and connected.
• Keep your phone number.
• Remote access to your voicemail while you’re away.
• Avoid reconnection fees when you return.

Price

The price is $9.95 per month for the Seasonal Saver Plan for Cox High Speed Internet service or Cox Digital Cable service, or $10.95 per month for Cox Digital Telephone service only. Take advantage of even bigger savings if you have bundled services with Cox. The Seasonal Saver Plan is only $16.95 per month for any two Cox services and a low $21.95 per month for all three Cox services.

The plan is available for a minimum period of two months to a maximum period of six months. If you are renting a cable modem from Cox, then the modem rental fee is waived while you are on the Seasonal Saver Plan.
