We understand that sometime things just don't go the way we would like them to. Troubleshooting cable installation is no different. But we are here to help! First, ask yourself the following questions: Is the problem affecting more than one cable outlet? Is the problem occurring on one channel only? If you answered no to either of these questions, great, you may be able to avoid a service call by giving the following basic troubleshooting steps a try! In most cases, our repair visits are free of charge, however there is a possible fee if the problem is non-cable related.
