  • Previous balance - balance as of your last bill statement
  • Payment received - reflects payments and credits accumulated from last billing cycle
  • Adjustments - reflects any credit applied to your account due to loss of service or change in service level
  • Current charges - charges to your account for current billing cycle
  • Total due - summary of charges billed to your account
  • Due by - date your payment must be received by Cox
