Cox Media Wins 10 AVA Awards

Cox Media-produced Spots Honored for their Quality, Creativity and Resourcefulness

Chesapeake, VA — Cox Media Hampton Roads recently bagged 10 awards in the 2008 International Audio Visual Awards (AVA) competition, including four Platinum, four Gold, and two Honorable Mention. Cox Media spots were recognized for their outstanding production in various categories. The awards program was held...

The winning entries were: “Invest in your Dreams” and “Stone Image” produced for Superior Stone; “Your Image” for Total Image Boutique; “Travel Explore Hampton Roads”; “What's Your Table Sport” for TableSports; “Get It In Writing” for The Daily Press; “Whole New Office” for YMCA South Hampton Roads; and “Military Simulation” for Master Blasters.

The Ava Awards recognizes outstanding work by creative professionals involved in the concept, writing, direction, editing, and shooting of spots and programs. Entries are evaluated based on their own quality, creativity and resourcefulness. It is sponsored by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP).
