Grand Opening of New Cox Digital Retail Store in York County Friday, April 18

Event will Occur from Noon to 3 p.m, with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at 12:30 p.m.

Hampton Roads, VA – Cox Communications will host a grand opening celebration of its Cox Digital Store located at 209 Village Avenue, Suite GH, York County, on Friday, April 18, 2008, from Noon to 3 p.m. Highlights of this FREE family event include:

Appearances by the Town Crier, from HBO's hit series John Adams
Appearances by Cox Digital Max
Refreshments throughout the day
Ribbon-cutting ceremony with area officials at 12:30 p.m.

In addition to the activities, guests will have the opportunity to win an array of prizes from Cox, including a new HD television.

"This new sales and service retail store will provide customers with a convenient location to pay their bills, to drop-off and pick-up equipment, and it will offer the ability to ask questions of some of the most knowledgeable representatives in the business. We'll also offer customers the opportunity to experience first-hand Cox Digital Cable-High Definition Service and Cox High Speed Internet," says Gary McCollum, Cox Senior Vice President and General Manager. "This new site offers Cox customers a better service experience, providing convenient hours of operation," adds Mr. McCollum.

I love Cox Cable and the DVR service is the BEST! Program it once and never miss a show.
