With scientific evidence emerging daily regarding the effects of global warming, Cox Communications has committed to conserving natural resources and protecting the environment.
One of the ways we aim to do this is through a companywide push to adopt more eco-friendly operating standards, which means reducing our total energy consumption and fleet emissions by 10 percent over the next decade, while leading environmental awareness programs in the communities we serve.
Some of the energy-saving measures already implemented at several Cox systems include efficient heating and cooling systems, green energy sources, hybrid fleet vehicles and solar power technology.
These are our first steps to shaping a better world through corporate responsibility.
