1. What
services are covered by Cox® Service Assurance PlanSM?
- All cable,
Internet and telephone wiring inside your home that runs from the
Network Interface (usually a small box on the outside of the
house) to the wall outlet.
- All coaxial
wiring (cable TV wire) installed by Cox is covered except any Internet/cable
wire installed in the wall partitions is not covered.
- Other
exceptions are outlined in the terms and conditions of the Cox Service Assurance PlanTM Agreement.

2. What
is not covered by Cox Service Assurance Plan SM?
· Any equipment or devices that you own, such as TV sets, computers, modems, home entertainment systems,
stereo equipment, video game systems and any of the complex wires that connect these devices together or
to the wall outlet.
· Cox will also not complete repair work that requires wiring to be
installed or reinstalled in the walls of your home (also known
as "wall fishing"). |
3. Are
there any extra, hidden charges in addition to the $6.49 a
month?
· No, except for taxes and tax-like charges, there are no other charges, as long as you are a customer of
"Cox" and current on payment.
· Cox does however reserve the right to change this rate from time-to-time by providing at least thirty days
written notice to customers. |

days-a-week. Most of our repair calls are completed within 24
hours of your call |
7. What
if your technician discovers that my problem isn't caused by the
inside wiring?
· If the problem is not in the inside wiring, our repair technician will
attempt to identify the source of the problem and attempt to
give problem-solving advice.
· This is included in your monthly Cox Service Assurance PlanTM rate. |
