This package gives you the power to identify calls instantly - even when you can't get to the phone. The Control Plus package adds the Control Plus feature package with one primary phone line and the Simply 5 long-distance plan.

Basic Line : The Basic Line provides for a single primary telephone line and unlimited local calling. Nationwide long distance calling is included and is charged at $0.10 per minute.

If you reach a busy-signal, just hang up the call, pick up the receiver again and dial *66. If the line is still busy you can hang-up and let busy-line redial call the number for you for the next half-hour. If the number is no longer busy, you'll hear a special ring. Just pick up the receiver and your call will be placed for you.

If you are going to be at another phone number, call forwarding will transfer incoming calls to the number you enter.

If you want another phone number to ring when you're on the phone, use call-forward busy. The second phone number you enter will ring whenever a caller gets a busy signal.

When you're not available at one number means that you are usually available at another, use call forwarding - no answer. If you don't pick up a call at your first number, the call will be forwarded to a second phone number. If the call isn't picked up at the second number, the call will be transferred to voicemail (if you have that feature).

Call Forwarding on Call Waiting enables your Call Forwarding and Call Waiting features to work together. When you are on the phone, and choose not to answer a second incoming call, you can be certain the caller will reach your forwarding number. Best of all, there is nothing to configure or program!

If you have a Caller ID display on your phone, incoming calls will be identified by the person's name or phone number.

Easily return the last incoming call, even if you didn't pick up the phone, by dialing *69

While you're on the phone, a special tone will indicate someone else is calling.

When you hear the special tone that someone is calling, your Caller ID display will show who is trying to reach you.

Create a distinctive ring when a special someone or a list of important people are calling. Press *61 to access this feature and then follow the voice instructions for how to use.

You can enter up to eight phone numbers. Press *74 to start activating.

Add another person to your call with this feature. Just quickly "hang up", dial the second number and after they answer, quickly "hang up" again. All three parties will be connected to the call.

Let's you create a list of calls that you will accept. Calls that are not on your list will either receive a busy signal, or go to voicemail if you have that service.

Forward calls if a you are unable to pick up the phone only for a list of numbers you select. All other calls will be handled normally.
