To help non-profit organizations in the local community publicize information, Cox Communications offers the Community Bulletin Board on Cox Channel 45. This is a complimentary service to local non-profit organizations that have a non-profit tax identification number. The Community Bulletin Board guarantees your message will run 10 times per day to an audience of approximately 70,000 subscribers.

we receive, we cannot guarantee that every request is fulfilled.
The Cox45 Community Bulletin Board is available only to residents and non-profit organizations within the Cox Cleveland viewing area. If you live outside of the Cox viewing area but are submitting for an organization that IS located within our area, please use the organization's address or your announcement may not be posted.
