The Circle referral program is available to the Kansas, Arkansas, Fairfax, VA; Fredericksburg, VA; Palos Verdes, CA, Gainesville-Ocala, FL, Gulf Coast, FL and Cleveland, OH markets only. Ordering and recording of a referral by a new customer must be done online. Existing customers may only receive referral credits from 10 new subscribers per year. There are no referral credits given for service upgrades on cable or high-speed Internet.
