Scheduling Recurring Payments Online Through EasyPay

Cox Business Services customers who have registered a MyAccount profile can set up automatic recurring payments through EasyPay.
Follow these steps to set up automatic recurring payments using EasyPay:
- Go to MyAccount.coxbusiness.com log in using your User ID and Password.
Note: If you do not have a User ID and Password, you may create an account by clicking No Account? Register now!
- On the left-side navigation area, click Billing Tools and then select View or Pay Bill.
- In the upper right-side corner of the View or Pay Bill window, in the Select Account field, choose the account you wish to set up automatic payments for.
- Click the Sign-Up for EasyPay link.
Result: The EasyPay window displays.
- Select the statements you wish to convert to EasyPay.
- Select your method of payment.
- Click Continue. From here, you will complete the EasyPay setup by entering the appropriate information regarding your credit card or bank account.
