Scheduling Recurring Payments Online Through EasyPay

Cox Business Services customers who have registered a MyAccount profile can set up automatic recurring payments through EasyPay.


Follow these steps to set up automatic recurring payments using EasyPay:

  1. Go to MyAccount.coxbusiness.com log in using your User ID and Password.

    Note: If you do not have a User ID and Password, you may create an account by clicking No Account? Register now!

  2. On the left-side navigation area, click Billing Tools and then select View or Pay Bill.

  3. In the upper right-side corner of the View or Pay Bill window, in the Select Account field, choose the account you wish to set up automatic payments for.

  4. Click the Sign-Up for EasyPay link.
    Result: The EasyPay window displays.

  5. Select the statements you wish to convert to EasyPay.
  6. Select your method of payment.
  7. Click Continue. From here, you will complete the EasyPay setup by entering the appropriate information regarding your credit card or bank account.
