Want to create a MyAccount profile? Follow these steps to get up and running with MyAccount for Cox Business.
From MyAccount.coxbusiness.com, click the Click Here link in the lower right-hand section of the login page.
Result: The Create a New “My Account” Profile page displays.
Complete the following fields.
|Username||Enter a valid email address.|
|Account Number||Enter exactly as it appears on your bill.|
|Desired Nickname||Enter an easy-to-remember nickname / alias that will function as the identity for your account.|
|4-digit Cox PIN||To help protect your telephone calling records and other vital information, Cox has created a four-digit Private Identification Number (PIN) exclusively for your use. The PIN can be found on your current billing statement.|
|Primary Office Number||Enter your primary office number here.|
|Alternate Phone Number||Enter your alternate office number here.|
|Your First Name||Enter your first name here. This name is simply for registration. It does not make either you or the person whose name is entered the primary billing or technical contact.|
|Your Last Name||Enter your last name here.|
Result: A confirmation page displays with the values entered on the previous registration page.
Click Add New Account.
Result: A congratulations page displays.
A confirmation link will be sent to you via email. If you fail to click it within 24 hours, your new profile will be purged from the system.
