“I love working from home! A tank of gas lasts longer! I am able to do household chores during the work week that would have waited until my days off, so my days off are not spent doing housework! I can volunteer more often to work extra time because I don’t have to figure in travel time too. There really isn’t anything I can’t do from home for our customers that I can do in the call center. Plus I still get to see my co-workers and have some face time the one day a week that I do go into the office.”

Cox offers the opportunity to transfer jobs to any Cox location nationwide. My leadership in San Diego worked closely with me during my transition to Arizona. They provided outstanding support to help me target positions that fit my desire and potential. They never doubted my ability to do well in whatever I strived to do in AZ. In addition, although I’m now in Arizona under new leadership, I still have their support.
Tuition assistance has been such a lifesaver for me. I would not have made it through school without it.

I love working at Cox Communications because it is the most employee and customer friendly company I have ever worked for. We not only as a company but as an employee we genuinely care for each other. We all are on teams but at times it is almost like family here. We pull together in our times of need to work on common goals for the customers and each other.
Throughout my career here I have had the most supportive leadership. They have always helped me with my goals and encouraged me to be the best that I can be. Leadership has given me over and beyond opportunities to expand on my knowledge for our products and for my personal development through Cox University and side by sides with other departments.
I started out almost six years ago as a Technical Support rep and from there I became a CSR Assist. Wow, it seems like just yesterday I was walking into my first day of orientation and now I have extended myself to knowing some of the most incredible people I have ever known. I am currently holding a position as a Technical Support Team Leader. Hmmmm I wonder what the next five years will bring!
