John R. Dossey

John Dossey is the vice president of field operations for Cox Arizona. Dossey has a 21-year track record in the cable business, last acting as the director of field operations for Cox Arizona prior to his promotion in 2006.
As vice president, Dossey oversees more than 740 Cox employees and 700 field technician contractors.
Dossey has an interesting story in that he began 27 years ago in the cable industry and even used to climb poles as a cable installer. He has worked his way up through the ranks and held many positions, including team, district and general manager.
Dossey is enrolled at Western International University seeking his business administration degree. He is also a leadership giver to the United Way, a past president of the Nevada State Cable Television Association, a member of the Arizona New Mexico Cable Communications Association pioneer hall of fame and a rotary club member of the Casa Grande chapter.
