Cox Digital Cable with On Demand continues to roll out across Valley
More Cox customers across metro-Phoenix now have TV at their fingertips

PHOENIX – More Cox Digital Cable customers now have Cox's new On Demand service, giving them access to hundreds of movies and thousands of TV shows, special series, videos, children's programming and more – free and at their fingertips any time they want to watch. Cox Arizona continues to roll out the service across the Valley, most recently launching On Demand to many Cox customers in the communities of Glendale, Northwest Phoenix, Anthem, Cave Creek, Desert Ridge, Deer Valley and Moon Valley.

“When I get home from work I want to spend time with my children. Every night after dinner we read and before we know it's their bed time. If we did not have On Demand typically one of us would go to the movie store. With On Demand there is no driving, no having to return movies and most important - no missed time with the family,” says Colleen Hiltz, a Scottsdale Cox Digital Cable customer.

Elections on FreeZone

There is no additional equipment to purchase and On Demand includes:
FreeZone channels – Thousands of free shows will be accessible to Cox Digital Cable customers. Choose from cable TV, kids and sports shows, even concerts, music and special election coverage.
Premium channels – Favorite premium movie channels will be available. If a customer gets HBO, Cinemax, Starz or Showtime on Cox Digital Cable, they will also get it free On Demand.
Movies – On Demand gives you access to hundreds of movies ordered directly from the remote control.
Subscription channels – Unique programming will be available for a small fee, such as World Wrestling Entertainment, Howard TV and much more.

Cox Arizona first launched On Demand in parts of Scottsdale in January 2008, with the target of having all digital customers hooked up by the end of this summer.
