Cox Communications employees will host more than 200 Tucson area foster children and their families from Arizona’s Children Association at the second annual Cox Communications holiday party for children in foster care. “Cox is thrilled to join with the Arizona’s Children Association to sponsor this special evening,” says Anne Doris, Cox’s vice president for Southern Arizona. “All of our employees are honored to be able to make this holiday season a little brighter for our community’s children.”

The holiday event activities include karaoke, dancing, contests and games and a visit from Santa.
When: 5 p.m., Thursday, December 6, 2007
Where: The Z Mansion, a beautiful Victorian Mansion in the heart of Downtown Tucson - 288 N. Church
Why: "There are nearly 10,000 children in Arizona's foster care system who have been removed from their homes because of neglect and abuse," said Miguel Quezada, director of development for Arizona's Children Association.
