Scott Wise Vice President of Customer Care, Cox Communications Inc.
![]() Scott Wise joined Cox as Vice President of Customer Care in July 2007. He is responsible for leading Cox's customer care organization which consists of 25 call centers and 3,500 employees. At the helm of the cable industry's leading customer care organization, Wise is responsible for maintaining and bolstering Cox's reputation for excellence in customer care. Wise provides vision and strategy for the company's traditional customer service infrastructure as well as its emerging customer self-service tools. Wise has over 20 years of customer service experience in the telecommunications, wireless and internet industries. Prior to joining Cox, Wise served as Vice President of Resource Planning for EarthLink where he oversaw the global operational functions of the customer service operation. In addition to the US organization, he managed operational functions based in the Central America, Asia and Africa. Previously, he served as Senior Director of Call Center Operations for Sprint PCS.
