With 20 years of experience with Cox Communications, Belinda Turner Patterson is Vice President of People Services. Ms. Patterson serves as the key contact and liaison for Cox systems’ human resources staffs on equal employment opportunities, compliance, employee and labor relations and benefits administration. She also has responsibility for overseeing human resources self service operations and policy developments to enhance experiences and opportunities for Cox employees.

Patterson joined Cox as a Field Training Manager in 1986. Most recently, she served as Executive Director of People Services.

A graduate of Tennessee State University, Patterson holds a bachelor’s degree in political science. She is a member of the National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communications, CTHRA, Women in Cable and Telecommunications, the American Society for Training and Development and served for several years on the Board of Directors for the Cable and Telecommunications Human Resources Association. Patterson recently graduated from the NAMIC Executive Development Leadership Program, Anderson School of Business at UCLA.
