Upgrade
We're upgrading our network to
provide you with the latest technology. Once complete, you will
have access to more Digital Cable programming and High Definition channels,
enhanced Digital Telephone features, and much more !
We will be performing outside
maintenance on equipment in your neighborhood in 2008. You will
receive a notification via mail 1-2 weeks prior to maintenance being
performed in your area. In addition, we will notify you by phone
24 hours in advance of this maintenance. Cox
customers may experience temporary interruptions of their services
between midnight and noon when
crews conduct these upgrades. If you have security or medical
equipment that relies on Cox services, please contact your provider.
